Every Child Deserves To Learn The Art Of Dance

The minimum age for all participants is 3 years old by August 1st. Older children until 18 years will be grouped together by age and skill level in order to deliver customized training lessons that allow for the best possible dance development.

The best way to stay up to date with weather-related and other class cancellations is to follow our Facebook page. We promptly announce any changes to our regular schedule as well as upcoming events that might be perfect for your child. Feel free to also register for our email newsletter, “Between the Branches.”

If you’re coming to your first class wear something comfortable that your child can move in. Once enrolled in classes we have a dress code that needs to be followed. Something unique about Branches of Dance is that we have a store on site and we're happy to make measurements and size your child properly and order exactly what you need.

At all age and experience levels, our class scheduling is similar to that of the regular school year. The first classes will start in August and the chosen program will continue until the following spring. In this way, your child will have a full 8-9 months of study.

Winter Session January-June. Summer Camps are held in June, and Summer Classes are held in July.

Of course. We believe that performance is a major part of any dancing class and we schedule an end-of-year recital in May that allows each child to show off what they've learned over the past year.

We've found that the optimal time for children aged 3-4 years is about 45 minutes. For older dancers, our classes will usually last 1 hour or more. Contact us directly to learn more about the specifics of our dance class programming.

Summer camps are classes that are held everyday (Monday-Thursday) for one week only.

Summer camps are a great way to to have a sample of a dance style. Our camps have different themes and are only offer for the month on June.
